The menu, curated by Executive Chef Asterios Koustoudis and Chef de Cuisine Nikos Liokas, features dishes that elevate the experience: crispy fried lamb sweetbreads with spicy seasonings, handmade charcoal-grilled pita, juicy ‘seftalies’ made from shoulder cut with mint sauce and crispy oven-baked potatoes with rosemary salt.
